Modifications

At Jasmine of Anatolia, we reserve the right to update, modify, or revise the Terms of Use to stay current with any new changes in the business laws or our own operations. The change date will be reflected in the “Effective from” section at the top of this document.

Eligibility

We only permit individuals who are 18 years old and can form legally binding contracts with us to use our Services. If you are under 18, a parent or a legal guardian can supervise you and the adult will take the responsibility for all activities performed on our Site and/or in your account.

Account Registration

You do not have to create a user account (“Account”) in order to be able to use some of the Services on our Site. In some instances, you may need to create an account. Please note that failure to provide the complete and accurate information for your Account may lead to service delays and errors that we won’t bear responsibility for. Promotions

“Coupons”, “Sales”, “Discount Codes”, “Free Shipping”, and other special deals are as advertised only. These promotions will begin and end on the Start Date and Time specified for each of them.

Order Process

As soon as your order is places on the Site, we will begin processing it in order to ship your order out as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed. Please make sure the information on your order form is accurate in order to avoid delays in shipping. If you created a customer Account with your order, your order information will be saved in it for future uses. Jasmine of Anatolia ships all orders from California to anywhere in the U.S. Shipping and delivery times will vary based on the shipping destination.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations before we ship the products will receive a refund equaling 100% of the purchase price.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchased items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders).

Item must be in its’ original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Please include your receipt. We do not give refunds.

Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.

Intellectual Property Laws

When visiting the Site, you agree to obey the law and to respect the intellectual property rights of others. You may not use names, photos, logos, or any information that is not yours in your order forms or in your account information, and you may not extract and publish any information, photo, logos, and text that is not yours and is on the Site for your own purposes.

Alleged Violations

Jasmine of Anatolia reserves the sole right to terminate your use of the Services or the Site. We strive to provide excellent services to our customers. You agree that Jasmine of Anatolia and its representatives may access your account as needed to investigate complaints, infringement of intellectual property and copyright rights, and other unauthorized uses of the Site. If Jasmine of Anatolia believes that you have violated any item outlined in the Terms of Use, it can with or without notifying you terminate your account or your further access to the Site immediately.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jasmine of Anatolia, its representatives, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and consultants, from any and all third party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs arising from your access to or use of the Site, your violation of our Terms of Use, and any false, disparaging or defamatory statements.

Governing Laws

These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.

Arbitration

I hereby submit any disputes with Jasmine of Anatolia to arbitration administered by The American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules in California, any claim, controversy, or disagreement regarding the use of Site, Services, Products, or any other issues arising out of this Agreement or use of this Site and Services and Products.

Attorney Fees

In the event of any action, litigation, arbitration, mediation, or suit arising from or under the terms, provisions or conditions of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees.

Acknowledgement

By using the Services or accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms of Use terms of use and agree to be bound by them.
