Purchasing Process

1How do I use my discount coupon?
If you have a coupon, please apply it on the checkout page. You will see the discount amount at the totals.
2What if I already have an account with you?
If you already have an account with us, please click on the "Returning customer? Click here to login" link, so you don't have to enter your information again.
3I can't remember my username, or password!
If you can't remember your username or password, you can retrieve/reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" link. Just use your email address in the following screen to proceed.
4I forgot to enter my discount coupon code on the Cart page.
If you have a discount coupon code and forgot to enter it on the Cart page, you still have a chance to enter it on the checkout page. Just click on the "Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code" link.
5I don't have an account with you!
If you don't have an account with us, please fill out your Billing and Shipping information.

We offer a guest checkout option, but creating an account with us is free, so next time you visit us you don't have to enter your billing or shipping information.

Shipping

1How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping in U.S., but if you select a special shipping method, the cost always depends on the size & weight of the package, and the distance of your address. Our website will calculate the Special Shipping cost during your checkout process and give you the best available options.
2Shiiping Methods
Right now we are offering USPS, Store Pickup, and Local Delivery within 50 miles of our main store. Please contact us for a special delivery arrangement.
3How do I select my desired Shipping Method?
- When you're done, click on the Proceed to Checkout button. - As soon as you provide your shipping address, our system will offer you the shipping methods for you to select one.
4How long does it take to ship?
Our intention to ship your products is by 1:30 PM Pacific Time every business day. After receiving your order if the time doesn't allow us for packaging and submitting it to the delivery we will do it the next business day by 1:30 PM Pacific Time.
5International Shipment.
We do ship internationally. When you enter your shipment address we will offer you the current rates.
6Tracking Number
If you would like to get a tracking number, please contact us with your order number, after you place your order. We will be happy to provide you your tracking number as soon as we submit your package to delivery.
7Store Pick-up
You are always welcome to pick-up your order from our store. Please place your order and select store pick-up, we will make your product ready in a package to be picked-up.

Return Policy

1Our Return Policy
We want you to love your purchased items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders).

Item must be in its’ original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Please include your receipt. We do not give refunds.

Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
