Shipping Policy
We ship all packages within two business day from the order.
We offer shipping from Fedex and the USPS. Please select your preferred shipping method during the checkout.
Please make sure that your email address and phone number are correct, so we can contact you in case if we have a question about your order.
Please contact us if you would like to have insurance or tracking for your package because insurance or tracking is not included in shipping costs, and we are not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchased items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders).
Item must be in its’ original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Please include your receipt. We do not give refunds.
Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
